Eliud Gautier is in the process of developing a team of Realtor® Associates interested in a niche market known as the ITIN community. He has been working with the ITIN community for over 10 years as a social worker, minister, tax preparer, translator, talk show host, loan officer, and now as a realtor. He wants to help the ITIN community establish legitimate roots across this country through a systematic training process called Estableciendo Raíces.
This process will provide realtors with a host of information that will enable them to sharpen their skills and knowledge about helping the ITIN community members purchase their first home in this country, legitimately.
As an ITIN Real Estate Specialist, he is seeking to develop long term professional relationships with licensed Realtors®, in particular cities and states (1), seriously committed to help ITIN families find appropriate funding, adequate housing, and provide on going support services that would enable the ITIN families maintain their legal status as homeowners in this country.
Mr. Gautier will provide on going training and support to Realtors® seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge about ITIN community in order to best provide adequate homeownership assistance to the most eager first time homeowner group in the USA.
There are three major standards that he will uphold in the process of working with realtors willing to develop a niche in the ITIN market:
1. The realtors must have ongoing access to current information about the rights and responsibilities of the ITIN community as it pertains to homeownership;
2. The realtor must be able to understand and explain to others the complex guidelines of the ITIN lending process; and
3. The realtors must subscribe to ethical standards that assure repeat business and maintains the integrity of the assistance provided to the ITIN community.
